Putting a futuristic spin on performance denims, the space-themed ‘X. Venture Collexion’ touched down at Munich Fabric Start-Keyhouse in January.
This retro-inspired garment collection showcases a 4-way collaboration, linking technical CORDURA® Denim innovations from Artistic Milliners, Pakistan, TENCEL® fiber from Lenzing and coatings by Schoeller® Technologies AG.
Designs inspired by the astronaut gear worn by the pioneers of the late 1960’s space race were created by Michelle Rose of Struktur Studio, Portland, OR USA and manufactured by Clinton Park in San Francisco, CA as a platform to show how some of the most innovative textile technologies available today are impacting the future of technical denims. This is a collection embracing popular culture which is grounded in the past, but which offers an enticing view of tomorrow’s technological advancements.

Initiated by CORDURA® brand as part of the year-long 50th anniversary celebrations, the ‘X.Venture Collexion’ features multiple cutting-edge fiber, fabric and coating technologies and includes the following:
Men’s Neo Jean Jacket – made with super lightweight 20D CORDURA® UltraLite fabric and CORDURA® Denim that’s coated with Schoeller® PCM™ technology. A jacket with temperature regulation at its core and built to last.
Men’s Neo Work Pant – made with CORDURA® Denim that’s finished with Schoeller® c_change technology and clearly designed for life’s extremes.
Women’s Neo Jumpsuit – an exciting melange of denims including CORDURA® Combat Wool™ and TENCEL® blends- and accented with Schoeller® ceraspace™ coating, designed to. fuse the best of fashion and function.
